<p>Option 2 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £4300 + Deposit + Vat</p>
<p>Option 3 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £6300 + Deposit + Vat</p>
