Depending on the size of your property / Development, we will carry out a free appraisal and offer you one of the following, no win = no fee options:

Option 1 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £2300 + Deposit + Vat

Option 2 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £4300 + Deposit + Vat

Option 3 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £6300 + Deposit + Vat

Option 4 – You pay nothing but a £500 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £8300 + Deposit + Vat

Option 5 – You pay nothing but a £1000 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £10,300 + Deposit + Vat

Option 6 – You pay nothing but a £1000 deposit (refunded if Permission is refused) on successful completion you pay £15,300 + Deposit + Vat

We take a deposit to ensure you are a serious customer. If your property / development does not fit into one of the categories above we will make you a custom, no win, no fee offer. The final scheme will still require a structural design see rates above.
